Terms & Conditions – Prestige Skyview Residence

By booking and staying at Prestige Skyview Residence, you agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

🏡 General Policies

• The apartment is for registered guests only. Unauthorized visitors or additional guests are not permitted.

• Parties, loud music, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited—please respect the privacy of other residents.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, including e-cigarettes and vaping . Penalty: 500 PLN for violations.

• Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

🔑 Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards (self-check-in with Nuki Smart Lock).

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

• Late check-out without prior approval may result in additional charges of up to 50% of the nightly rate.

🛠️ Guest Responsibilities

• Secure the apartment by locking the door properly when leaving.

• 🚪 Close the door gently when entering or exiting to prevent disturbances and avoid damage to the door or lock mechanism.

• Report damages immediately— guests are responsible for any damages to the apartment, furniture, or appliances.

• Energy conservation: Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and heating when leaving the apartment.

• Keep the apartment clean and in good condition. Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

🅿️ Parking & Security

• Underground parking is available on level -3 (paid; reservation required).

• The building is monitored for security purposes—guests must comply with all condominium rules.

• The host is not responsible for vehicle loss, damage, or theft in the parking area.

📞 Assistance & Emergencies

• For any issues during your stay, please contact the property management team .

• The designated phone inside the apartment is for property-related assistance only (not for external calls).

⚠️ Liability & Guest Responsibility

• Guests stay at their own risk . The host, property management team, and staff are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or medical conditions that may occur during the stay.

• Use of the apartment, terrace, and all facilities is at the guest’s own risk. Guests must take necessary precautions for their safety.

• In case of illness or medical emergencies, guests are fully responsible for seeking medical assistance at their own expense.

• The host and staff are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings during the stay. Guests are advised to keep valuables secure .
