House Rules – Prestige Skyview Residence To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for all guests and neighbors, please read and follow these house rules.

🚭 No Smoking Prestige Skyview Residence is a strictly smoke-free apartment, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vaping. Penalty: 500 PLN for violations (covers professional cleaning and odor removal).

👥 Guest Limit:

- The apartment has a strict guest limit based on the number of guests booked.

-  Only registered guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay.

-  Example : If you book for 2 guests, only 2 guests may stay overnight.

-  Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or denied entry.

🔇 Quiet Hours

- 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

- Loud music , parties, or gatherings are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

🚫 No Pets Allowed For hygiene and comfort, pets are not allowed.

❌ No Parties or Events Large gatherings, parties, and events are NOT permitted in the apartment. Guests must respect the privacy and peace of the building’s residents.

🔑 Security & Keyless Entry The apartment is equipped with a Nuki Smart Lock for keyless entry. Guests must ensure the door is securely locked when leaving. Loss of access codes or security breaches may result in additional charges.

🏙️ Common Area Access  (5th Floor Lounge & Terrace)  Rules

- Guests have access to the 5th-floor lounge and terrace.

- Only registered guests may access this area.

-  No loud music or disruptive behavior .

- Respect residents’ privacy (avoid taking photos/videos of others).

- Follow all building rules while using the space.

 - Violations may result in restricted access .

💼 Damages & Responsibility Guests are fully responsible for any damages to the apartment, furniture, or appliances. Report any damages immediately to the apartment manager.

⏳ Check-Out Policy Check-out time : Strictly 11:00 AM . Before leaving : Ensure all doors and windows are locked. Late check-out without prior approval will result in additional charges.

📞 Guest Assistance & Contact A designated phone is provided for: Smart lighting controls. Communication with property staff only. This phone must NOT be used for personal communication.
